Day 1

RAB Instant Backgrounds

A huge part of our job as salespeople is to know who we are trying to help in growing their business. RAB Instant Backgrounds is a fantastic tool to get invaluable information when targeting specific industries. Click the link below to research the different industries through the RAB Instant Backgrounds.

Assignment

After you have gone through the Instant Backgrounds you will need to put together 5 categories that you would like to target and list 3-5 pieces of information per category that you think will be valuable to a potential client.

Once you have gathered this information email it to your General Manager and to [email protected].

Day 3

Radio Workflow

Radio Workflow is Radigan Media’s all-in-one media management software. We utilize RWF every day for all aspects of our business. From keeping track of prospects to creating proposals and contracts to billing and traffic, Radio Workflow keeps our daily activity organized so we can accomplish more each day.

To get started you will need to watch the following videos. Once you have finished watching these training videos you will need to login to RadioWorkflow.com with your credentials to get familiar with RWF. There will be a couple of assignments after the videos to apply what you have learned.

Assignment

Now that you have learned some of the basic functions inside RWF you will now use that knowledge to create an account, contacts, and a proposal.

Step 1 – Visit radioworkflow.com and log in with your email and password that was provided in your email.

Step 2 – Start off by creating an ACCOUNT. This can be a fake business (we can delete it later). Add all the necessary information.

Step 3 – Once the account has been created, you will now add additional contacts related to that business (marketing director, owner(s), billing contact, etc.).

Step 4 – Now that you have an account created with all the required info, you will now create a PROPOSAL (proposals are done the same way as a CONTRACT).

To create the proposal use the following information: Use the Run Dates of June 1, 2021 through August 31, 2021. (5) 30-second commercials per day Monday-Friday every week. Use Daypart BTA 6a-7p.

Once you have the proposal complete, download it as a PDF and email this to [email protected].
